i`m 19 years old and had to undergo a treatment at the dentist`s because since the age of ten i have not been to one.RESULT:9 decayed teeth.And not to tell you how much my gums ached daily before my treatment.the only reason was that i was too ignorant about my teeth,way too busy to go for a check up and in the end i was the one who suffered the most;it was not easy to go for fillings or nerve removal but i had realised too late that my teeth needed attention!
so it was real important for me to bear the 2hours pain daily for a week than almost 12 hours a day since the age of ten! why i wanted to share this is because i was late to realise the importance of a monthly or yearly check up but i don`t want others to face the same.
my message to you is that you should take care of your teeth as much as you take care of your body,you should diminish sweet stuff and brush your teeth at least 2 times a day. visit a dentist regularly and you should do fine!
nice teeth,nice breath,nice smile,and the stronghold is yours!

lets just hope that after such pain some ppl remember to cut down on sweet stuff ;0)

I can’t believe you have such bad teeth you have been a very naughty girl! Just like your brother then, I am nearly 22 and have perfect teeth
